Website Content

It is imperative to provide us with the correct, final, grammar & spellchecked content before we start with the design.
The reasons are :

Content is the main thing that slows a website project down and can even cause a website to never get off the ground. We want to make sure that the project has a chance of success before we start.

If we work with the incorrect/draft text or images, it means we will have to redo those layouts, resize and re-optimize images, causing us to work double time. Please note that extra time spent due to incorrect content will be added to the clients’ account on the final invoice. Content changes also slow the process down and can take up to 4 days for us to apply to your design.

If a panel (more than 1 person) gives input or feedback on the content and/or design, please collect and consolidate the content/feedback from everyone involved before submitting it to us.

Scope Creep

Please note the number of pages, galleries, forms are included in your package. You can add more of these to your package at the beginning of the project so that we can add them on the estimate before we start. If however, you would like to add any of these to your package after signing the estimate and service agreement, we will add additions to your balance invoice at the end of the project.
